Characters

Christopher "CJ" Anderson

A  senior at Thomas H. Drew High School, smart, compassionate, CJ is a clear-sighted young man with integrity and courage. He's a front-runner in the school's election for their Friendship Day's "Kingship," and is a legacy for the award because his dad was the first winner twenty years ago. With his friends, Cannon and Doobie, CJ has been designing a new video game and needs the $5,000 award money to proceed to the next level; though he's convinced of his own success, CJ has to deal with his dad's expectation that CJ will go into his dad's very successful shoe store business.

Terrance Cannon

CJ's good friend and one of his partners in their attempts to push their new video game to the next level, Cannon is a hormone-crazed young man whose sexual daydreams about his classmates--and sometimes his teachers--get him in trouble.

Steven "Doobie" Dobine

Best friends with CJ and Cannon, their partner in the new video game, Doobie is a sort of goofy but likeable, decent guy whose trademark is his always sagging skin-tight skinny jeans. Doobie's devoted to CJ's Friendship Day Kingship campaign (and the money that comes with it).

London

This super sexy senior in high school is the acknowledged "hottie" of Thomas H. Drew High School, with long flowing hair, gorgeous face, "firm bountiful legs" and sexy clothes. A young lady who is completely out for herself, London uses her sexuality to get whatever she wants, whether it's a good grade from a teacher or the votes of her fellow students for the Friendship Day Queenship.

Xavier

This  football star high school senior is another candidate for the Friendship Day Kingship. A bully who enjoys taunting and beating up on others, Xavier used to be good friends with his rival CJ, but things changed for him when his dad left him and his mom in sixth grade, and he's been aggressive and obnoxious ever since.

Camille Steward

A reserved senior at Thomas H. Drew High School, very smart, Camille is a thoughtful young lady who's also running for the school's Friendship Day Queenship. Unbeknownst to everyone, Camille's mother has lost her job and they are homeless--which means that the $5,000 Queenship award is crucial for Camille.
